How do I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your Tomboy Kids purchase, you can send it back for exchange or a refund.


SALE MERCHANDISE, UNDERWEAR, BATHING SUITS AND BOOKS ARE FINAL SALE.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid to:

Tomboy recommends that you send your return by a traceable carrier, insured for the full amount of merchandise being returned. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages.


Your return must be accompanied by your receipt.

  • Merchandise returned must be in original sale condition - unworn, unwashed with all tags intact - in saleable condition.
  • Original packaging must be intact.
  • We reserve the right to determine whether merchandise returned meets out returns policy requirements.
  • Please pack your return carefully.

Exchanges and refunds are processed within 14 days after Tomboy receives merchandise. You will receive notification by e-mail when you exchange/refund is processed. In the event that we do not have items available for exchange, we will refund to the credit card used for the original purchase.


Refunds will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase.

Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is as a result of our error or merchandise arrives damaged. Please include receipt for shipping (ground only) with your return or we will not be able to issue you a refund.


We inspect every item for damage before it leaves our premises.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if anything in your shipment arrives damaged.
